Cristopher Agate M.Ed

I am an International Educator with 30 years of teaching and administrative experience, dedicated to empowering communities through education and fostering inclusive and transformative learning environments. My passion lies in inspiring learners through off-site adventures, connecting them with their world, and creating classroom environments that encourage expression and discovery.

Throughout my career, I have lived and worked as an educator in Colombia, Singapore, the UK, and the United States, gaining diverse perspectives on education and global learning. As a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, I have been recognized for my contributions to safe outdoor education.

I am deeply committed to empowering students to reach their full potential and driving positive global change through education. My experiences have shaped my belief in the transformative power of experiential learning and the importance of inclusive, student-centered approaches.

This passion has led me to participate in MyThirdTeacher, where I aim to contribute my expertise in outdoor education, experiential learning, and innovative teaching methodologies. Through this initiative, I hope to create learning experiences that engage, inspire, and equip students with the skills to navigate an ever-changing world.
