Francisco Tovar is an experienced professional in the field of English language teaching (ELT), with a strong background in both education and the ELT publishing industry. He has worked as an educator in schools and universities and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philology and Languages, along with specialization degrees in English to Spanish Translation and Educational Management from Universidad Nacional and Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. Additionally, he holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA.
He currently serves as the Area Manager for Oxford University Press Colombia, overseeing consultative sales, curriculum development, and academic program implementation across K-12 and higher education institutions in both the private and public sectors.
