Kelly Ortiz Jaramillo is an experienced bilingual educator and instructional coach dedicated to enhancing dual-language education. She currently serves as a Dual Language Instructional Coach at Union County Public Schools, where she supports teachers in implementing effective bilingual instruction strategies, curriculum development, and language acquisition techniques.

Prior to her current role, Kelly worked as an Elementary School Bilingual Teacher Assistant at Colegio Granadino in Colombia, collaborating with American educators to facilitate differentiated instruction and small-group reading interventions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Universidad de Caldas and has expertise in bilingualism, curriculum development, and instructional strategies that foster academic success for multilingual learners. Passionate about inclusive education, she continues to contribute to the advancement of dual-language programs and teacher development.
